Burlesque- the new year!!

Dear followers,
I do hope you are all still with us, after a very happy Christmas, also hoping you didn't eat till bloating point, I did, a couple of times!
So, it's the start of a new year, and a fresh look into the wonderful world of Kinky and Quirky. After the disappointment of the three cancelled shows last month for Christmas, Laura and I were rearing to go for the next big show in January. Although, this also came with a bit of disappointment as well. The show in January would be the very last for our placement with Kinky and Quirky, so we had to make it go out with a bang!

The two meetings we had before the show were very much the same as all our other meetings- we went through emails and pay pal accounts to see the number of tickets being sold in the two weeks before hand.
We then used this information to type up a list of all the people who had contacted us, who had paid, who had not, how many etc etc. Laura and I are used to doing this now, so there wasn't any confusion on how many people were going to attend!!
We no longer have to laminate tickets anymore either (ah!), Kinky and Quirky have come up with an ingenious way of getting tickets free of charge for every show!
To be honest, there wasn't a lot of preparation to be done before this January show. . little did we know, the fun was going to happen just before the show . .
