I hope you've all been keeping up to date on my movements in the hurly burly world! And even though the Halloween show is over with, there's still 4 more shows in the run-up to Christmas! We have 4 shows in 4 weeks to get ready for, so it's busy, busy busy!!
This week for our meeting with Sarah and Mark Bell, we were discussing numbers of audience/ monies spent on performers/money margins/table plans on a first come-first serve basis.
We also went through emails that have been sent in the past month in relation to reserved tickets.
We then made a table for a quick view of who has reserved tickets, how many of them (tickets), whether they have paid or not, their contact details, and any other information (birthday/celebration etc).
From this we can determine how many people are coming to the event, what priority they have booked in and so on.
This meeting was very beneficial for me. It showed me how I would go about dealing with paying clients if I were in the same position.
